The Commonwealth Lacrosse Classic is meant to get more of our region's high school lacrosse players to play at the next level. 

The Commonwealth Lacrosse Classic is Kentucky's first high school lacrosse recruiting showcase. 

Players are instructed by collegiate coaches in a showcase format. Player contact information is distributed to each collegiate coach through team handbooks. 

Games are played at the Transylvania University Athletics Complex in Lexington, KY.

Classic Key Points:

  • Combine measuring players ability (40 yard dash, fastest shot, most accurate shot)
  • Guaranteed four games.
  • Games are filmed in HD, free of charge, and posted to the Classic's youtube page. 
  • Exposure to college coaches from across the United States.
  • Recruiting seminar with college guidance counselors and local college coaches (topics including: recruiting, social media use, etc.).
  • One hour clinic ran by collegiate coaches.
  • All games are live tweeted.
  • All-Star Players chosen by college coaches to play in Fall-Star game. 
  • College coaches choose position specific awards.
  • The best pinnies around!
